Our Direct Entry Graduate Program is an intensive 12 month course designed to develop well rounded individuals who will play a key role in shaping Radisson Edwardian Hotels. Graduates are required to have completed and attained a minimum 2:2 Degree (or equivalent) in Hospitality Management or other Business related subject.

The Graduate Management Programme usually starts in September of each year, with selection days taking place in April/May.
